During Module 6, you will complete 20 hours of direct care experience. To prepare for those experience you will need to consult with other professions to foster interprofessional collaborative practice. As you plan, develop, implement and evaluate your nursing practicum project, describe what interprofessional collaboration you have incorporated into planning your project.
This week you will collaborate with Respiratory, Physical, Occasional, Speech Therapist, Dietician/Nutritionist, Physician, Pharmacist, or other health professionals and describe which professionals you have consulted with and what interprofessional collaboration considerations obtained from those consultations you have incorporated into planning your project.
