Individualized Learning Objectives

After meeting with your instructor by phone, create learning objectives for what you hope to achieve during this Practicum experience. Remember, these learning objectives should be both specific and measurable. After the objectives are approved by your professor, you should share them with your preceptor so that he/she can guide you in achieving them. Full credit will be given if forms are submitted on time and accurately. No partial credit will be awarded.
