I have a final project due for my Communications class. I will be attaching all the necessary material to help you write the paper on my final project. For my project, I chose to "not use my phone for 3 days". Keep in mind that I will be having to present what you write about. Talk about how the media played a huge roll on my lifestyle, how ill never use my phone the same way again. basibally how the media affects my life and the process of how it was not using my phone for three days.

This is what my project is on:

• Critically examine the role of media in your life. You will monitor your media use for 2 days and journal about your general media practices. 
• Then, you will abstain from the media for 2 days and document how the media fast influences your everyday thoughts and behaviors. 
• The final product will allow you to reflect on your experiences with media as you attempt to make arguments about the role of media in the lives of everyday users.
