1.            To complete this assignment, you will need to review the e-portfolio Guidelines and help documents, accessible via the "e-portfolio" button, located on the Course Home Page.

2.            This portion of the e-portfolio will be evaluated on inclusion of the following elements:

o             Creation of the e-portfolio with a shareable link

o             Creation of the following sections headers in the e-portfolio:

?             Assignments

?             Reflections on Learning

?             Practicum Documents

o             Creation of introduction entry

3.            Uploading of required documents.

o             Upload your final version of each assignment noted, where a proficient score was earned in each content category

o             Name your file as noted below prior to uploading into the e-portfolio:
