Your presentation went so well during the continuing education course that you were asked to prepare a pamphlet for adolescents and their families on suicide prevention. Your pamphlet will be available internally as well as to other agencies in which collaborative teams are formed. 

In your pamphlet, model the components of a suicide prevention plan for work with adolescents. Document what adolescents must do, along with responsibilities of the caregivers.

Support your assignment with at least two scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.

Length: 2-3 pages, not including title and reference pages
