Leadership is a process/system that involves the constant interaction of the leader, followers and a situation. This diagram looks at the constant interaction between the leader with their characteristics, traits, personality, etc. and the followers and the situation. It is a complex and dynamic process that is constantly changing and evolving with different situations and individuals. The diagram is meant to be a continuous process.

Please discuss a personal example of when you have used your key strengths per the discussion in week 1, to achieve an objective. Comment on your strengths and the strengths of the followers and the impact of the situation. The important part of this discussion is the interaction between leader, followers and how the environment/situation influenced the interaction.

Talent is the most important capital of a company, and being good at discovering talent is an important ability to be a leader. Combining personal strengths into team strengths can be of great help to the company.
