Limitations Placed on Law Enforcement in the USA Freedom Act Discussion

We look at first responders such as; police, fire, and emergency management as helping only during a crisis. But their authorities to conduct their mission and objectives are steeped in federal laws such as USA PATRIOT Act of 2001, 2006, and 2012. The protocols in order to operate efficiently and effectively are placed in guides such as the National Incident Management System (NIMS), Incident Command System (ICS) and National Response Framework (NRF). All of these play a significant part in how agencies and entities assist one another and coordinate in prevention, response, and recovery after an event (man-made or natural). Review and research the USA PATRIOT Act (all amendments), NIMS, ICS, and NRF as supporting evidence, but I want you to summarize the limitations placed on law enforcement in the USA FREEDOM Act.
