Dr. Jack Kevorkian was a very controversial figure in the medical field 20 years ago (and later).

 watch the linked video (above) and address the following questions: 

1.  If we could visualize a continuum with "dispassionate killer" on one end and "compassionate doctor" on the other, where would you think Dr. Kevorkian would fall on the range?  Provide your reasons.

2. How much do you think his message might be lost in his manner?  In other words, do you think that his personality is affecting how people receive his information?  Explain.

3. Find another video regarding Dr. Kevorkian.  What content is added or clarified to help your understanding of this person and issue?  Make sure to include the web link address.

4.  The elderly (over age 65) is the fastest growing demographic in the United States.  Can you imagine a time when his "assisted suicide" will be thought of differently?  Provide your insight.
