In case you are tired of talking about frozen yogurt, let's talk about pizza. We will cover all of your favorite tasty treats in this week's discussion!

Here is another interesting concept from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut has created a compostable, circular pizza box. Inside that pizza box is a garden specialty pizza with plant-based meat (Incogmeato!). Pizza Hut conducted a one-day test market of this new concept in Arizona.

Based on this new pizza concept, here are some new discussion questions to encourage you to answer today:

1.  Who is the target market for this new pizza? Remember to use as many bases of segmentation as necessary to effectively define the target. Provide a rationale for your answer.

2. Is this a relevant concept to support the Pizza Hut brand? Why or why not.
