Submit a paper on how you would utilize the tools in this course and from your reading to enact a career development project plan. Your plan must include at least the following:

Business Case- In PART 1 you identified what you want to achieve. This is the WHY. Why is this important to invest your time and money into development? What type of increase in salary do you expect?

Communication Plan- How are you communicating your career goals to your stakeholders? What communication devices are required? Portfolios? LinkedIn? Resume? CV? Conference presentation? Article writing?

Budget – What are the costs associated with achieving your career goal(s)? Tuition? Books? Certifications?

Gantt Chart -What is the timeline for achieving your career goal(s)? What are the phases? What are the gating items that must be completed before moving forward to next stage/phase?
