One way to improve the relationship is through better use of the latest technology (Orlando, 2018). Customers and employees who continue to use their present video system tool are mainly dissatisfied with the results obtained via the out-of-date video conferencing tool (University of Arizona Global Campus, n.d.). Second, suppose the company is not yet willing to develop and invest more in their video conferencing tool. In that case, IT specialists can recommend better alternative options for improving the quality of their remote meetings through third-party systems and online tools for connecting with clients and employees more efficiently and effectively without spending additional money on improving their remote meeting tool. However, for the entire organization to have a more productive and effective video conferencing meeting with their clients and employees, I believe it is also critical that DargeanGrix invests more in upgrading their system and tool for conducting remote meetings in order to enhance and boost productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction of the organization's workers and clients.

Goals for my suggestions is to increase the effectiveness efficiency of the organization's remote meetings. As DargeanGrix was able to handle this issue, we can assure that our staff can execute their tasks more effectively, which will reflect in our online contacts with clients and consumers. Create client and employee satisfaction and confidence in using the online meeting conference tool as via effective online communication platforms and tools, we can inspire our people and clients to trust the online tools we choose for virtual meetings, which will soon result in client and employee satisfaction. Improve the ability to prevent technological difficulties during a distant conference call with clients or colleagues as interferences and malfunctions in the online meeting will have an effect on the employees' and clients' energy and attitude. To prevent this, we must first tackle an issue with our technical communication platform. Permitting clients and employees by providing a simple and improved remote experience for conducting business to work using efficient and modern technology, we can empower our remote employees and clients to embrace modern methods of conducting business meetings, which will save us all time and energy. Leaders must foster transformational cultures that balance innovation and risk-taking with prudent financial management (Forbes Insights & Dell EMC, 2017). Increase customer and business partner retention by offering unique and successful online meeting discussions as technical progress is a representation of a business's modernity and advancement, and it is a highly effective technique for acquiring new clients.

As the challenge is more technological and involves online communications, I believe it would be best if I could seek additional recommendations and guidance from our IT technical team, who are more familiar with the problem that DargeanGrix is experiencing while conducting online video conference meetings with our colleagues and customers. If necessary, I would collaborate with members of other departments, as well as with contractors, clients, and even members of other companies.
