Appeals must explain why you were unable to make satisfactory progress and what steps you intend on taking to ensure you meet the minimum standards of SAP by the next evaluation.

It was my first year of the masters program and I trying to balance my mental health , time mangermnet and work. I was over working my self not and not putting a lot of time and effort in my work. I had alot of family issue ( deaths ) and things going on with my personal life.

Requesting if possible if I can live on campus for better focus in my studies.

Cut down my hours at work for fall semester.

Some of my goals for next semester is to mange my time better . connect with my peers and advisor with any course work or assistance needed.
