DQ1 Choose a topic for research that you are passionate about. Using the PICO guide (p. 98-99, Houser, 2018), develop a research question based on your topic of interest. Describe your topic and post your research question to the discussion forum.

DQ2 Perform a literature search in the library for a quantitative research article related to your topic. Share a critique of the article.

DQ1 Locate a qualitative study on your topic in the library. . Evaluate the study using the checklist for evaluating a qualitative study (Houser, 2018, p. 437). Include a brief discussion on how qualitative studies inform EBP. Include the citation of your study in the reference list.

The final project presents a culmination of nursing research and evidence-based practice (EBP)knowledge as students choose a qualitative or quantitative study to critically evaluate, including making a recommendation for utilization in EBP.
