Renewable resources never get exhausted. A renewable resource has an endless supply such as solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, etc. Other resources are renewable; even robust effort must go into their renewal. Precious metals are also renewable, but it cannot be naturally replaced. They can indeed be recycled.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are types of resources namely- wind energy, solar energy, geothermal energy, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">solar energy, and biomass.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Solar energy<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solar energy used by capturing the sun\u2019s heat energy. Photovoltaic is a system used to convert sunlight into electricity. Solar panels allow energy from sunlight to directly convert into electricity that powers our homes. Solar energy is also used to produce hot water and charge the battery system.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Wind energy<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The wind is not just air to provide oxygen to living beings. The power of wind captures using massive turbines to generate electricity. The wind power is increasingly becoming popular for utility applications. Wind power is essentially pollution like solar energy. It is a growing and significant renewable energy source.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Geothermal energy<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The energy obtains from the heat of the earth. Geothermal power plants are used to generate electricity. Water or steam carries energy to the surface of the planet. The heat from the earth\u2019s interior makes lava flows, hot springs, and mud pots. The heat produces the radioactive decay of thorium, potassium, and uranium. The geothermal energy can be tapped and exploited for human use and is available all over the earth.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Hydropower<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hydropower is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.homeworkjoy.com\/questions\/energy-energy-and-resources-next-time-you-are-out-driving-638686\/\">renewable energy<\/a><\/strong> generated from the moving water. When water runs through a turbine spinning it to produce electricity. It happens at large dams, and waterfalls were water drops in elevation. Hoover Dam and Colorado river are two essential places where hydropower is produced. Hydropower is a non-polluting resource, and no emissions are generated from hydroelectric facilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Biomass<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This type of energy produces from living organic matter of animals and plants. Biomass fuels are carbon-neutral and don\u2019t provide any carbon dioxide in the air. Biomass is a renewable resource because plants regrow quickly. They grow using renewable energy called the sun.
